Everything you need to know about booking your Maryland Brew Tours experience.
What are your cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies?
Specialty and public tours cancelled 7 calendar days before receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days receive a credit for a future tour.
Private tours cancelled 7 calendar days before receive a 100% refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days receive a 50% refund minus the $200 cancellation fee.
We operate as long as roads are safe and minimum bookings are met. If we must cancel due to severe weather or low turnout, you will receive a refund or tour credit.
Can someone under 21 attend?
If the tour includes stops at establishments that primarily serve alcohol, participants must be 21 or older.
What happens if our tour gets started late?
Maryland Brew Tours will make every reasonable effort to accommodate late starts.
If the delay is caused by Maryland Brew Tours: we will make every effort to extend the tour when possible, based on same-day reservations and vehicle availability.
If the delay is caused by the customer: the tour will end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is available. Additional time requested by the customer is subject to bus and driver availability and will be billed at $75 per half hour.
To ensure timely service for all guests, Maryland Brew Tours operates on a strict schedule. Guests are expected to be ready at agreed-upon pickup and departure times throughout the tour. Delays caused by the customer that impact the schedule may result in additional time charges.
Where do tours pick up?
Specialty and public tours typically pick up all guests from a central location.
Private tours include pickup at your home or a meeting spot of your choice.
Do I need to print my confirmation email?
No, you do not need to print your confirmation email.
What is the difference between a specialty and private tour?
Specialty tours are themed or curated events created by Maryland Brew Tours and open for the public to book.
Private tours are exclusively for your group and are customized to your preferences.
Are tips included in the booking price?
No, tips are not included. Our drivers are professional, trained, and dedicated to ensuring your tour is safe and fun. While Maryland Brew Tours compensates them for their time, gratuities are always appreciated for a job well done. As with most service-based businesses, we suggest 20%.
Can alcohol be consumed on the bus?
Outside alcohol is allowed to be brought and consumed on the bus in small personal coolers only — no chest coolers. Open containers cannot be taken into any of our stops.
Is alcohol included with the price?
No, unless stated as included.
What is included with a tour?
Safe and reliable transportation to and from the venues. Water and snacks are provided on the bus unless otherwise stated.
Maryland Brew Tours encourages you to seek rideshare or designated drivers from the tour. Please don’t drink and drive.
What is the smoking and vaping policy?
There is no vaping or smoking allowed on any of our vehicles.
Can we decorate the interior of the bus?
Yes! Decorations are welcome as long as they do not include glitter or confetti of any kind. If glitter or confetti is used, a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed.
